Project Overview

West Side Place (Stage 2) comprises two towers known as The Park Release and The Gold Release.

The Park Release is a 70-storey mixed-use tower that accommodates 684 apartments and a 4-star 312 room Dorsett branded hotel, offering views across the Flagstaff Gardens.

The Gold Release is a 72-storey accommodates 835 apartments with over 3,000m2 of ground floor retail space and over 475m2 of park and open space.

Both towers provide multiple levels of amenities including pool with steam room and sauna, gymnasium and yoga area, cinema, garden terrace with BBQ facilities, and wine tasting room.

The apartment mix features one, two and three bedroom apartments, all designed to maximise natural light and completed with high-end quality fit-outs.

As part of the redevelopment, a new central laneway will be developed connecting Lonsdale Street and Little Lonsdale Street, providing restaurants and an extensive number of retail sites focused around a central landscaped public realm.
