Project Overview
Extensive refurbishment of the historic 1920’s T&G building, considered to be one of Melbourne’s most beautiful buildings, located at 161 Collins Street in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
The project comprised an extensive upgrade creating state-of-the-art tenant facilities, new end-of-trip facilities, club-style concierge services, with 10 floors of sizeable 4,000m2 campus-style floor plates wrapping around the central atrium. The central atrium was also remodelled into a casual tenant-focused working lounge.
The carpark entry was relocated from Flinders Lane to Russell Street in order to provide a new pedestrian entrance via Flinders Lane and the provision of sightlines from Collins Street to Federation Square.
The redevelopment has generated a world class, A-grade office environment befitting the prestigious ‘Paris end’ of Collins Street for tenants that include Accenture, Google, Regus, Treasury Wine Estate, Max Mara, Versace, Gucci, Bottega Veneta and Mulberry Group high end food and beverage tenancies Hazel and Liminal.
