The Client acquired a subject site on Perry Road, Keysborough. The property forms part of the Dandenong South Industrial Area Extension Development Contribution Plan.
The site is approximately 3 ha in total, located approx. 40kms south east of the Melbourne CBD and was zoned as Industrial 1 (IN1Z).
The proposed development comprised a Factory/Warehouse of approx. 10,000m2, Office of approx. 1,200m2 with an adjacent hardstand area of approx. 1,600m2.
Whilst Planning Approval was obtained in late 2019 and the project was scheduled to commence construction in 2020, due to recent worldwide events, the Delivery phase of the project did not proceed.
